Produced by traditional method including secondary fermentation in the bottle prior to 18 months of bottle aging on the lees to add complexity.
Muller Thurgau
An elegant dry white wine. Crisp and fresh blossoming with aromas of mixed apples and lemon sherbet on the nose. Hints of fresh lychee and ripe gooseberry on a long lasting finish. Good acidity followed by an unexpected pleasant creaminess.
Pinot Noir
A velvety smooth red wine with a rounded and delegate finish. Soft redcurrants on the nose and light red berries on the palate. Gentle maturation in oak barrels enhances the delicate cherry and summer berry flavours.
Pinot Noir Blush
This Rose Blush is bursting with character. Ripe summer fruits & subtler hints of rose on the nose, lead to fresh cherries and redcurrants on the palate. A soft acidity provides balance and structure to this mouth-watering wine.
